Henfold Bookings

Some facilities within Henfold Copse may be booked for events other than the regular core Reigate Beekeepers Teaching Apiary activities, providing such events do not interfere with that principle role.

The Pavilion may  be hired for social or other training events, subject to the purpose being approved by the RBKA Committee, and conditions of hire being met in full.

Henfold Bookings are included in the Diary Dates Calendar where they can be viewed in the context of other events, or by de-selecting other event types, on their own. All upcoming bookings are also listed in  the right-hand column here. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

• For general enquiries about using or hiring facilities at Henfold Copse:-
  • contact our Bookings Secretary (Liz Jackson)
• For enquiries about hiring the pavilion:-
  • first read the Henfold Copse Pavilion Procedures  (go to the Library>RBK Records)
  • in particular the ‘Henfold Copse Premises Standard Conditions of Hire’ document 
  • and the ‘Pavilion Booking Rates’ document
  • then submit a Pavilion Booking Form to the Bookings Secretary (Liz Jackson).
